What you tell us

If you fill in the form or chat with Zoe, we keep what you share (your name, company, contact details and what you tell us about your business) so Eddy can follow up. Zoe is an AI assistant; your chat is sent to our AI provider to produce her replies.

Which companies visit

When someone visits from a business network, we look up the company that owns that internet address, using public network records. We record the company, the general area, which sections of the page were viewed and for how long, and what was clicked. We do not identify individual people from a visit, and visits from home internet or phone networks are not recorded. For companies that visit, we may look up publicly listed business contacts so Eddy can reach the right person.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A visit id is kept only in your browser tab and disappears when you close it.

Opting out

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record your visit. To ask what we hold about you or your company, or to have it deleted, message Eddy on LinkedIn.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the services that run the site and our own business system: our web host, our AI provider for Zoe, and our contact-lookup provider. We never sell data.
