Scoped NetSuite work

Lens

Make one recurring NetSuite task easier to complete.

Choose this when: You already use NetSuite, but one recurring job takes too many screens.

THE PRODUCT, IN PLAIN WORDS

Lens

Lens brings the records, context and actions for a defined NetSuite task into a simpler workspace. Discovery comes first: we inspect the job, relevant records and permissions before proposing the scope.

What makes it different

It simplifies work on top of an existing NetSuite system. Lia Desk ERP is a hosted Odoo system; Lens does not replace NetSuite.

WHAT THE RESEARCH SAYS

Real problems. Sources you can check.

We review published studies to explain why these problems deserve attention. This is market research, not reviews of Tindrel, customer results or a promise of what you will achieve.

Qualtrics

Communication deserves a closer look.

Qualtrics reports communication problems in 45% of the poor experiences consumers described.

Context and practical use

2025 consumer trends report; nearly 24,000 consumers across 23 countries. Published October 2024.

What to inspect: Use call review to find a specific moment your manager can inspect.

Salesforce

Customers expect more.

Salesforce reports that 82% of service professionals say customer expectations are higher than they used to be.

Context and practical use

State of Service, seventh edition (2025); 6,500 service professionals in 40 countries. Vendor research.

What to inspect: Start with approved answers and a clear handoff to a person.

Intuit QuickBooks

Unpaid invoices are common.

In the Intuit QuickBooks 2025 report, 56% of surveyed US small businesses said they were owed money from unpaid invoices.

Context and practical use

US Small Business Late Payments Report (2025), from its commissioned Small Business Insights survey.

What to inspect: A visible invoice list helps decide which payment needs follow-up. It does not guarantee collection.

Zebra

Availability is part of the experience.

Zebra’s shopper research examines inventory visibility and the friction customers face when products are unavailable or hard to find.

Context and practical use

18th Annual Global Shopper Study (2025). Retail shoppers, associates and decision-makers; vendor research.

What to inspect: Start with stock records your team can maintain and a useful replenishment alert.

BrightLocal

Make the next step easy on a phone.

BrightLocal found that 73% of respondents began their most recent local-business search on a mobile phone.

Context and practical use

Consumer Search Behavior: Channels (July 2026); representative panel of 1,227 US consumers who searched for a local business in the previous three months.

What to inspect: Bring the information and next action for one task into a clearer view.

Survey findings reflect their samples and dates; they do not describe every business. Sources include vendor research. None implies that these organizations endorse Tindrel. Reviewed October 2026.

AT THE SERVICE COUNTER

Good questions. Simple answers.

Do I need the whole store?

No. Choose one product for one problem. Related products are optional; we agree on the first job before adding anything else.

Is this for in-house teams or call centers?

Both. Call review fits teams with authorized recordings to review, whether calls are their main business or one part of it.

Do I have to download a Windows app?

The hosted Lia Desk ERP service opens in your browser. It does not require a Windows installer. Any separate field app or device requirement is explained before you choose it.

How does the monthly service work?

We agree on the modules, setup, ongoing support and monthly plan before you start. Hosted access is a service; it is not a promise that you own the software.

What can we inspect in the three-day proof?

One agreed task and a bounded example, using information you authorize. It is not a complete business-system migration, a finished custom build or a guarantee of more sales. NetSuite work starts with a discovery call.

Can we keep the tools we use today?

Often, yes. We first check your tools, access and the task. Some connections need setup or may not fit; we explain that before agreeing the work.

Who can see our information?

We agree on the records, permissions, recipients and any service providers involved before connecting your data. Do not put private customer or patient details in the public demonstrations.

Do you guarantee Google rankings or AI recommendations?

No. We can improve the website, useful content and eligible business information. Search engines and AI services decide what appears. Google Maps listing work requires an eligible business.

What happens after I contact you?

A Tindrel expert asks about the problem, confirms a time to talk and recommends a defined first step. A form or demo does not book an appointment or start a paid subscription.
